Project outline

Impact Built delivered the comprehensive remediation and refurbishment of Hangar 3, extending the service life of the facility by a further 25 years. Works included structural steel remediation, hazardous materials (Hazmat) removal, roof replacement, and upgrades to the building’s electrical services. Despite the scope and complexity of the works, Impact Built successfully handed over the project one month ahead of program.
