Enquiries and documents

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, including your name, company, email address, any phone number, project details, message and selected documents. We use this information to assess the opportunity and respond to you.

Our enquiry system also records how you reached the website, such as the referring website, landing page, campaign information and advertising click identifiers when available.

When document uploads are enabled, files are uploaded to private Vercel Blob storage and included as attachments in the enquiry notification sent to our team. Please only send documents you are authorised to share and that are relevant to your enquiry.

Uploaded files remain in private storage if an enquiry is not completed. Contact us if you need an uploaded file removed.

Services we use

Vercel hosts the website and processes requests and uploaded documents. Resend delivers enquiry notification emails. WhatConverts records enquiry details and attribution information so we can manage enquiries and understand their source.

These services may process or store information outside Australia.

When Google Analytics is enabled, it uses cookies and website usage information, such as pages viewed and browser and device information, to help us understand how the website is used. We send an event when an enquiry is confirmed. We do not include your form answers or documents in that analytics event.

Your browser settings let you control or delete cookies. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from using the enquiry form.
