Pier One, Sydney Harbour

Project outline

Impact Built successfully delivered the remediation of a heritage bridge structure supporting the Pier One Sydney Harbour precinct, located above a live roadway. The project required careful planning, specialised remediation techniques, and close coordination with stakeholders to safely deliver complex works within a constrained and highly active environment. Works were undertaken while the hotel remained fully operational, enabling Pier One to continue hosting high-profile events and weddings at full capacity throughout the project.
